Anthony P. Condotti is the firm's managing shareholder.  He currently serves as the City Attorney for the City of Santa Cruz.  Mr. Condotti also serves as District Counsel to the Ben Lomond Fire Protection District, Boulder Creek Recreation and Park District, Pajaro Valley Fire District, Salsipuedes Sanitary District, and West Bay Sanitary District. And serves as legal counsel to Pajaro Valley Water Management Agency and Pajaro River Watershed Flood Prevention Authority.

Mr. Condotti has extensive experience in all facets of public law, including the Brown Act, conflict of interest laws, CEQA, land use and eminent domain, labor and employment, litigation, public contracts, water law, and writs and appeals.

Mr. Condotti joined the firm in 1993, after having been an associate with the Los Angeles law firm of Burke, Williams & Sorensen from 1990 until August of 1993. During that time, he served as Assistant City Attorney for the Cities of Mission Viejo and Dana Point.

Mr. Condotti graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado in 1987.  He graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles Law School in 1990.
