Matthew B. Grace
Mr. Grace joined the firm in March 2021 after representing public entity clients both in the private sector and in-house on a range of litigation matters, including tort, eminent domain and employment.
Mr. Grace graduated from the UCLA School of Law. In addition to working as a law clerk for the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, he worked at the American Civil Liberties Union and the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office while in school. In addition, he was a founding board member of the Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal and participant of the UCLA School of Law’s Public Interest Law and Policy Program. Matthew was also a writing advisor in the Lawyering Skills Program.
Mr. Grace is a recent Santa Cruz transplant having lived in Southern California for most his life. In his spare time, he likes to go mountain climbing, cook, and take photographs.
