Stephanie M. Duck

Stephanie Duck joined the firm in April 2019.  Ms. Duck graduated with honors from U.C. Hastings College of the Law while focusing on environmental coursework.  During law school, Ms. Duck clerked with various environmental and public law entities including the California Tahoe Conservancy and Shute, Mihaly & Weinberger.  She also served as Senior Production Editor for the school’s flagship journal, the Hastings Law Journal.

Prior to law school, Ms. Duck served as a legal assistant at a boutique whistleblower law firm in San Francisco for two years.  Ms. Duck graduated with honors from Santa Clara University and received her B.A. in Philosophy with an emphasis in pre-law and ethics.  During her time at Santa Clara she worked for the Northern California Innocence Project, a non-profit clinical program that challenges wrongful convictions.

During her time between law school and joining Atchison, Barisone & Condotti, Ms. Duck traveled around the United States visiting and hiking the National Parks.  Her goal is to someday visit all 59 of the of the National Parks!
